Did you know that the library has a drive-thru? You can pick up your reserved items without leaving the comfort of your car.


  1. Reserve items online, by phone, or in person.
  2. Choose the pickup location: Drive-Thru or Pickup Window
  3. Wait for an email or phone notice confirming your item is ready for pickup. (You will have 4 days to pick up your item. If you are unable to make it before your hold expires, give us a call for alternative options.)
  4. Visit the library during open hours.
  5. When you arrive, drive up to the window located on the north side of the building. (No need to call ahead.)
  6. Show us your library card or valid ID.
  7. Your items will be checked out and handed to you through the window.

You will be unable to pick up your reserves until you've paid your fines down to under $10. If you wish to return items, there's a return slot just past the drive-thru window. (Learn more about what happens when you reserve an item.)

Your Privacy

The privacy of your library card account is a responsibility we take very seriously. If you have misplaced your library card or wish to pick up items for someone else, the following options are available:

  • Request a replacement card at the welcome desk.
  • Choose pickup location: Self-Serve Reserve. At the self-checkout station, type in your library card number and PIN.
  • Link your family accounts.
  • Log into your account via the library's mobile app. It will automatically generate a barcode that you can scan at checkout.
